Clinicians

Four Clinicians,
One Way of Working

Each is registered with the General Medical Council or the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and each sees the same patients from the first visit to the last.

Dr Imogen Hale
Plans Every First Visit

Imogen trained in general practice before moving into aesthetic medicine in 2011, and opened Softglow in the studio two years later. She still plans every new patient’s first course herself.

She teaches injection technique to other doctors, and is known for doing less than people expect, then asking them back at two weeks.

How we work

Six Rules
We Work By

They are simple, and they are why patients stay with the same clinician for years.

01

Doctor-led

A doctor sees every new patient, and nobody is treated before a consultation.

02

The same clinician

The person who plans your treatment carries it out and reviews it with you.

03

Less, twice

We start below the dose you might expect and add at the review if it helps.

04

Planned in daylight

Every face is assessed by the north window, where skin looks as others see it.

05

Prices on paper

Every cost goes into your written plan, so you see it before you agree to anything.

06

Trained together

The team trains as one each month, and Imogen reviews every new technique before patients see it.

The team

Three Clinicians,
Three Specialisms

At your consultation we match you with the clinician whose training fits your plan, and they stay with you from then on.
